Talking Spaces
Our annual conference brings together academic research with industry know-how to disseminate new knowledge, focus attention on emerging issues, and seed further research initiatives.
Date change: With an abundance of caution and care for the health and wellbeing of the wonderful community that makes our annual Talking Spaces events so memorable, we are postponing Talking Spaces 10 to 2021. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
About
Now in its tenth edition, Talking Spaces has traversed a range of important issues related to the relationships between ‘teaching and learning practice and space’. Since the first event was held in 2009, Talking Spaces has tracked the development of innovative learning environments and contemporary pedagogies across Australasia.
Along the way, this unique conference has brought together academic research with industry know-how to disseminate new knowledge, focus attention on emerging issues, and seed further research initiatives. Enjoyed by school leaders, architects, teachers, government personnel, school system administrations and many others, Talking Spaces has played an important role in bringing together those passionate about creating better learning environments for both teachers and learners.
