New framework: timeOmics on bioRxiv

MIG Group leader, Kim-Anh Lê Cao in collaboration with Antoine Bodein and Arnaud Droit from Université de Laval (bioinformatics) and Olivier Chapleur (IRSTEA, France, microbiology) has developed the  timeOmics framework to handle time course and longitudinal datasets. You can find the link of the preprint here.

The concept of timeOmics is based on modelling time course trajectories (C) before applying multivariate methods for clustering similar profiles (D).
