The talk will be preceded by a guided tour of #Perempuan, with artists from the exhibition discussing their works and creative processes.

#Perempuan (woman), is a group exhibition featuring works by emerging Indonesian artists that explore current issues affecting women in Indonesia, including their visibility in public and socio-cultural role. Artists include: Arum Dayu, Erwin Windu Pranata, Meliantha Muliawan, Octora, Patricia Untario, Puri Fidhini & Etza Meisyara, Ruth Marbun, Tandia Bambang Permandi and Yaya Sung.

#Perempuan opens on Wednesday 5 December at 6pm, and runs from Thursday 6 – Friday 14 December: exhibition details.
