If you want my mind, you can take my pain as well (2020) A 3D modelled version of myself crawls through a grey landscape. Others watch. He is programmed to crawl for the length of my predicted life. Artificial intelligence predicts that I will live for 36 more years (from this one) and then I will die. I don't think so AI.  Two can play at that game.

If you want my mind you can take my pain as well  - The Crawling Man Project is a  led by the question “How does being online help me know myself?” This research stems from interest in the faith and doubt as constructive devises. This outcome is a web-based durational artwork exploring the intersection of the virtual and the real, the divine and the self.

If you want … is interested in the relation of time to life. Specifically, my time to my life. I am also interested in humiliation. If I can claim it maybe I can avoid it.

The modelled version of me is my digital familiar. It exists to take my pain, humiliation and suffering and hopefully die in my stead.

People can view this performance from anywhere with online connection via the website that hosts the performance. Their spectatorship is acknowledged by the insertion of a character in the form of a cardboard box. Each unique spectator creates a new character to add to the watchers. A community of spectatorship - watching humiliation unfold.
