FinTech students must crack code - The Australian

Carsten Murawski has emphasised the importance of financial technologies (or "FinTech") to the training and education of future finance graduates in a new article in The Australian newspaper.

The Brain, Mind and Markets Laboratory will launch a new subject this year, Foundations of FinTech, that seeks to address the explosion of the use of new technologies in the finance sector. The subject will focus on payments, financial advice, investing, and estimating credit risk, and develop coding skills and the use of algorithms.
